New Work:
2020–2024

Weil’s new work includes landscapes and portrait still lifes. The colorful landscapes celebrate the Colorado wide sky, rugged scenery and are paired with Weil's whimsical iconography. The portrait still lifes are playful table settings set with Weil abstract characters and objects. Inspired by Neo-Expressionism, Weil often culls emotional influence to evoke what the world looks like to him.
